Soon you will be able to play the hit video game Candy Crush while watching Candy Crush on your television. Let it all settle in: Candy Crush is becoming a game show. CBS has ordered Candy Crush, a one-hour live-action game show created and executive produced by Matt Kunitz hailing from CBS, Lionsgate and King. In Candy Crush the show, teams of two people must use their "wits and physical agility to compete on enormous, interactive game boards featuring next generation technology to conquer Candy Crush and be crowned the champions." The mobile game has players match candy combinations of three or more to get points. With an estimated average of 18 billion Candy Crush Saga rounds played around the world every month, the television version is sure to be a hit. A premiere date has not been set.
