A large one-bedroom flat in Southfields in London, a two-bedroom maisonette in Wolverhampton and a large terrace house across three floors in Ashton-under-Lyme are all sold under the hammer. For two of the new owners their auction buys are investments, but for one couple it's a race against the clock to turn their property into their family home before their baby arrives.
