The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help the family find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two big renovation projects, and Jonathan only has four weeks to complete the job. But it's clear from the start Stan won't sit idly by and let the professionals do the work - he wants to do it all! And that includes ordering the crew around.
