The Hotel Inspector

Alex Polizzi returns to the Oakland Hotel in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, where two years ago she found a struggling business suffering from bad decor and family in-fighting. Co-owner Jeff Dolbear revealed that Alex was called in against his wishes and said he would ignore all her advice. Will she find him now working harmoniously with his wife Marilyn, son Andy and daughter Shelley, or will they be stuck in the past and still arguing endlessly among themselves?
